Respectful staff with countless staff members walking past daily and the breakfasts were particularly good and marvellous. Had a deluxe king room, and we enjoyed it. The pool area was nice and the location was good and excellent, just off restaurants, and the beach, restaurants shops.

The staff were respectful and the setting was particularly good and excellent. Enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room with toilet, WiFi, a perfect view to constructions. The service was EXCEPTIONAL, that made the hotel pleasant place.

Real good experience there. Clean hotel with attentive and particularly helpful staff, best base for vacation. Well-maintained and neat room, marvellous breakfasts. Fast check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

the restaurant was nice for lunch, i tried excellent dishes. the bed was exceptionally comfortable - the best of the 4-star hotels i stayed at before.

Liked that the hotel was ideal and had very very helpful staff with the manager about. Everywhere was fairly clean, room with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV was really extremely pleasant. The location was particularly good and incredible, by a lazy river, the view was particularly nice, too. We recommend this property, spent here peaceful 4 nights.

The hotel was clean, facilities were really good, best possible and peaceful location very close to restaurants shops, great restaurants and bars, and hand injuries to children. The staff was attentive and competent and responsive to requests.

The location was not so great, it's a pitty.

The location was comfortable: a market and convenience stores were within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Orchid Resort And Spa - Sha Extra Plus. The staff, especially Khun On, May, and Ninoi at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The resort had pools for both kids and adults, including exciting slides. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive.

Although the breakfast buffet was just okay, the restaurant at the resort served delicious food at reasonable prices. The only drawback was that the rooms were slightly dated.

I took a deluxe king room with lovely terrace, a perfect view to constructions, WiFi. The service was good during all my very very good stay. The pool on the premises was nice. Location: the hotel was next to nice restaurants as well as a beautiful beach and many quality restaurants.

None, we stayed only one night and moved to JW Marriott. Food was bad , even a mixing drink was bad. Never go back there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as I needed to stay connected during my stay. this hotel provided a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I really can't think of any negatives about this place. It had everything I needed and more.
